Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Sunday, excluding public holidays. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. However, Glowkey takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Important Notice:
If a COD shipment that is out for delivery is rejected by the customer without a valid reason, the next order of that person will be either on a Prepaid or partial COD basis.

Returns/Exchange: 
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective product. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any other reason, as our products are handcrafted and many are uniquely prepared for each customer. For hygiene and safety reasons, such items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Please ensure your availability and willingness to accept the package at the time of delivery. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India, and all orders qualify for Rs 49 shipping/COD charges

Returns and Refunds Timeline

At Glowkey, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issues with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

- If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product, with supporting unboxing images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

- For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 3 days of your order delivery.

Glowkey is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

- Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and verification by Glowkey.
